Chelsea Buck-Leilich, MSSW

Chelsea is a nonprofit development professional with over a decade of experience in fundraising and marketing. She has a proven track record in building successful relationships, engaging stakeholders and furthering organizational goals and objectives. Chelsea has extensive experience in grant writing, communications and PR, board relations and major gift fundraising.

Kristi Bui
Kristi Bui

Kristi is a software engineer based in New York City and Connecticut. She's worked in technology roles in the finance and healthcare industry, and her interests lie in front-end development and data engineering. She is particularly passionate about creating inclusive spaces for underrepresented minorities to excel in tech.

Lauren Fall is a Connecticut based graphic designer with over 8 years experience in the field. She has worked with many clients across a variety of industries developing creative ideas for their brand. As a designer she works with clients to establish a visual style by creating logos, websites, and corresponding print material.

Victoria Farley
Victoria Farley

Tori is the founder of Better Than Belts, a made-in-USA suspenders brand that has raised over $11K on Kickstarter. While she wears many hats, she is an expert in digital marketing and making data-driven decisions. As a small business owner herself, she has a deep understanding of the challenges small businesses face and how to prioritize the most impactful work.

In her spare time she moderates a group of over 20 female founders of direct to consumer brands.

Laurie Mega
Laurie Mega

Laurie is an efficient and creative content creator. She writes, edits and optimizes for SEO in various formats, including blog posts, feature articles, and social media. Her work has appeared on Cosmo.com, CountryLiving.com, The Economist, and more.
